The Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM®) is an international community of real estate managers dedicated to ethical business practices, maximizing the value of investment real estate, and promoting superior management through education and information sharing.

An affiliate of the National Association of REALTORS, IREM® is the home for all industry professionals connected to real estate management –and the only organization serving both the multi-family and commercial sectors.

 

What is an IREM Industry Partner?

Often, the greatest challenge in marketing is finding quality contacts and identifying primary decision makers.  If you are looking for an effective new way to market your products and services to residential and commercial real estate managers and companies, the IREM® Industry Partners Program can help eliminate some of the confusion. 

As an Industry Partner of IREM Georgia, your company or organization will have a unique opportunity to deliver your message to specific target markets of Accredited Residential Managers, ARM®, and Certified Property Managers, CPM®. 

You’ll find that becoming an Industry Partner will be the best use of your time and advertising dollars. IREM® members and designees represent a powerful buying force in the industry and need the products you sell.

Unlike other industry programs, participation in the Partners program is limited. Only two Partners per Business Industry Category are permitted in the program. By limiting participation to two Partners per category, each Partner realizes the benefit of an exclusive networking program. There are two categories that have been approved as an exception: Roofing and Landscaping – as these partners have been involved for over 10 years.

Prospective Industry Partner firms (in business categories having less than two firms) may attend one Chapter Event for evaluation of the program.

The purpose of the Partners program is to provide a professional vehicle for Partners and IREM members to exchange information, network, and build lasting and valuable business generating relationships.

  • Statement of Good Standing
  • Recommendation from a CPM® or ARM®

In order to become an Industry Partner, a company or organization must be recommended and be approved by the chapter’s Executive Council.
