The Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM®) is an international community of real estate managers dedicated to ethical business practices, maximizing the value of investment real estate, and promoting superior management through education and information sharing.

An affiliate of the National Association of REALTORS, IREM® is the home for all industry professionals connected to real estate management –and the only organization serving both the residential and commercial sectors.

 

What is an IREM Industry Partner?

Often, the greatest challenge in marketing is finding quality contacts and identifying primary decision makers.  If you are looking for an effective new way to market your products and services to residential and commercial real estate managers and companies, the IREM® Industry Partners Program can help eliminate some of the confusion. 

As an Industry Partner of IREM Georgia, your company or organization will have a unique opportunity to deliver your message to specific target markets of Accredited Residential Managers, ARM®, and Accredited Commercial Managers, ACoM®, CPM®, and Candidates. 

You’ll find that becoming an Industry Partner will be a great use of your time and advertising dollars. IREM® members and designees represent a powerful buying force in the industry and need the products you sell.

Unlike other industry programs, participation in the Partners program is limited. With one partner for every ten IREM GA members, and Industry Category restictions per 100 members, we create exclusivity. 

Prospective Industry Partner firms may attend one Chapter Event for evaluation of the program.

The purpose of the Partners program is to provide a professional vehicle for Partners and IREM members to exchange information, network (netweave), and build lasting and valuable business generating relationships.

What Does it Take to Participate?

  • Licenses or Certifications
  • Statement of Good Standing
  • Recommendation from a CPM®, ACoM®, or ARM®

  • We provide a monthly contact list of our approved partners to our members
  • We send the VIP list to out of state management companies, managing sites in GA and reach out to the Chapter for referrals
  • We create e-blasts sharing that it was sponsored by you at no extra cost
  • We provide insight as to the best times to cold call on members
  • We Highly encourage the Partner to prepare a personalized (info-mercial) video recording and it will be posted on our YouTube channel as well as our chapter website
  • If you have tried to connect with a member more than a few times, our Board Members will reach out with encouragement to make a connection
  • Occasions to Network/Net"Weave" with the Georgia area's top professional property managers and real estate decision-makers. Notification of all IREM events and Netweaving opportunities
  • The Partner shall be included on the Chapter E-Mailing List
  • Two reps at a meeting can attend at the discounted partner rate
  • Sponsorships available and includes complimentary attendance for two representatives at the IREM event. Up to two more additional representatives are welcome to attend at the discounted partner rate. The Sponsoring Partners will be given access to the Chapter's mailing list for attendees at sponsored events
  • As there are a limited number of Chapter meetings per year, meeting sponsorship is available to The Partner at an additional cost, whereby the Partner can provide literature, promotional materials, and a Spotlight - an opportunity to make a 1-to-2 minute presentation to the audience. A door prize is encouraged
  • Recognition throughout the year in member communication, social media outlets and reminders 

In order to become an Industry Partner, a company or organization must be recommended and be approved by the chapter’s Board of Directors Officers.
