Industry Partners

Only the finest and most reputable local service providers are invited to participate in the Industry Partner program each year. To be considered, prospective applicants must provide proof of business and industry licenses, evidence of general liability and workman’s compensation insurance, as well as a recommendation from at least one CPM®, CPM candidate®, ACoM®, or ARM® member of IREM. Renewal is not automatic, and each prospective and returning applicant’s credentials are reviewed annually.

Unlike other industry programs, participation in the Partners program is limited. Only two Partners per Business Industry Category are permitted in the program. By limiting participation to two Partners per category, each Partner realizes the benefit of an exclusive networking program. There are two categories that have been approved as an exception: Roofing and Landscaping – as these partners have been involved for over 10 years.

Prospective Industry Partner firms (in business categories having less than two firms) may attend one Chapter Luncheon for evaluation of the program.

Commitment to Professionalism -
