Overview

IREM's 30 Under 30 acknowledges the next generation of real estate management leaders. Each year, we highlight 30 professionals who have already made significant impact on the industry and in their communities. Their various contributions to the profession are demonstrated through career success, professional leadership, and community involvement.

Who's eligible?

Current members of IREM who are under the age of 30 in the year in which the award is given.

What are the criteria?

A cross-section of people from the real estate management industry who are proven leaders in the field. Our reviewers are looking for professionals who have demonstrated the ability to tackle major challenges, developed innovative solutions, overcome career obstacles and/or shown exceptional leadership both in their career and their community.

What's the deadline for application submissions?

The deadline for 2021 applications is March 5, 2021.
